Bros I finished chapter 8 last night, while I'm happy that Satoko is finally happy and is no longer getting abused This is probably my least liked chapter. It was just so underwhelming, After watching the op (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tu-e5nnimdM)) and learning about Takano's past and finishing the memory fragments I was expecting a grand finale where shit hit the fan hard and where everything got tied up. Instead, we got the mountain dogs, wherein the previous chapter are shown as a precise and deadly strike team, are now turned into literal retards that get wiped out by an eleven year old traps. I just wish it got more serious, The main cast act like getting hunted down by a deadly strike team that is prepared to wipe out the entire town isn't that big of a deal, for some reason mion is able to take down an experienced commander of one of japan deadliest strike team, The main cast takes a back seat for most of this chapter, Keiichi is pretty much non-existent this chapter etc...
Again I'm happy that the main cast isn't dead or mindbroken and that they get to be happy, but it just doesn't feel earned in this chapter. Like maybe if they got their previous memories from the previous chapters then it could be forgiven on how underdeveloped they feel this chapter.
