As the other anon said, they have the best everything. To give an example, the recent large cruiser debacle. Here we have Alaska, a cruiser with good armor, decent guns, radar, hydro, good AA, and to top it off, underwater citadel. On the other side we have Design B65. Wet paper for armor, no radar, mediocre AA, ultra easy to hit citadel, and the accuracy which was to compensate for this was made into garbage. So yeah.

This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't delve into fantasy territory with their "documentary", where they proceed to say that Sovetsky Soyuz, their large BB project, would've had better armor than Iowa-class. Top it off with this little snippet.
