Yes. Weirdly enough if I set it to engllish I don't hear voices at all.

Not sure if it can be seen well but I made a screenshot of my settings.
The voice and bgm is lower then standart. Otherwise it sounds worse. Only the voices though.

Maybe I should mention that I listen with a headset.
Would be weird if that is the reason. As I said no problem with the first game.
