Visually lossless jpg.
Technically it is not really lossless, but it could might as well had been and no matter the case it is pointless to whine about the quality.

Professionals often use high quality jpg when suitable even though everyone are supposed to be all "we only do lossless" officially

Then again, this has all been with standard encoding, and no filters and no special stuff really.
One can easily dive in and do much more advanced stuff if they want to.
But the point is basically that not all "lossy" formats, are bad.
