Junyou's nice, but IMO, Chitose and Chiyoda Kai2 are just as good. Better, even, if the fast fleet buff is an actual thing in the game.

Get type 3 shells (pic related) for your battleship as well. Craft 70/90/60/110 (though from my limited experience 120 bauxite felt like it gave me rarer aircraft more often) with a carrier as the secretary and the recipe should get you some holo aircraft + type 3 shells.
