Sakuya could do it, if she wasn't an atheist. but what about the others? How do you explain the actual underwear theft in the first place? They'd have to sneak into your room and you'd have to like, leave a used pair there on purpose. Or when you're in the bath. And if they're carrying your underwear there should be like, a big colored flashing command that makes you search them.
What about a god praying to another god? That sounds like bad PR. I also can't imagine fairies understanding what praying is, or about half of the cast refusing to pray out of stubbornness.
