If they're all newly-acquired in Gensokyo, it'd make the human "village" even bigger than I thought it was. I mean, hundreds of people suddenly dropping their lives to join a cult? It'd break things unless Gensokyoan humans' total population is a few orders of magnitude bigger. We're talking about tens of thousands here.
