DDS body is plenty cute in its own right. Better proportions than the standard DD body which is a bit of a leg monster when naked. And not every head works on an MDD body.

Parabox make a boy version of their 45/47cm bodies although truth be told it's basically the female body with a different bust piece (that means no coveted bulge in the torso piece) I know someone made a P-chan "boy" using that body; he just looked like a tomboy more than anything else but that's what you are looking for, right? Wish I knew where I saw him to get a photo.
