Jesus Christ /jp/, how do you do it? I had to go outside for something the other day and whilst talking to the cashier I started gagging uncontrollably, knocked over a bunch of gum and then ran out, leaving my items behind, vomiting all the while.

Any actual advice on how to survive out there? I need to get some shit done and I just can't do it from inside.
