For gothic metal I'd recommend looking for stuff published by Kokuyasou / 黒夜葬. They're the first ones that come to mind when you think of this particular genre.

There's also Hobby Atelier Carrot Wine's album from M3-25. It's not really what you've been asking for, but it has some goth influences.
