First you should watch as many horror movies as possible, +points if they have mirrors as themes.

Next you need a big ass mirror next to your bed that you can look into without having to do more than open your eyes.

Third, buy a cat or any other creature that is awake at night that can make creepy noises.

The rest is just learning how to lucid dream and get yourself into a sleep paralysis state.
