Actually, the back hair is the only thing unique about that girl(hair bun+drills). If you search the XPC uploader for ひも you should be able to find the underwear; the picture shows their position.

I'll post those proportions as well(folder+TPOConfig file). It's a bit of an updated version of what was posted before(Added some files for skirt scaling/movement and arm+shoulder rotation/scaling), so there are a lot of files.
