So the other day my Jinko neighbor lost her keys and was locked out of her place so I let her stay the night at my place until the morning (although I'm sure that a puny door lock wouldn't stop her if she wanted in badly enough). The landlord was there bright and early in the morning to change the locks, and she's been living at her place just fine, except she's been acting weirdly.

Sometimes I'll wake up in the morning and she'll be at the foot of my bed (i.e. she's like 8-9ft tall so the bottom half) balled up sleeping. She wakes up and looks at me, says 'good morning', stretches and then leaves.

For some reason, when I get home from work, I'll find random mice/birds dead carefully placed in front of the bedroom door. When I mean carefully placed I mean they're always presented to look as big as possible with the killing blow up front and center.

I'll make dinner and she'll just show up again and ask me what I'm cooking, then look disappointed and say 'oh, I could have sworn you'd make pigeon today' then disappear back out the front door.

I'll just be relaxing on the sofa on my days off and all of a sudden there she is crawling through the window walking over to me. She paws my face and rubs up on me and says that she's lonely and wants to talk, telling me about how she's always getting into scuffles with her coworkers, and how she always manages to come out on top (do Jinkos just casually get into fistfights?). She even shows me the scratches she gets and tells me how she gave them even worse ones. I'm fine with it but come on you could use the front door.

Finally, sometimes I'll go out on the balcony to get some fresh evening air and she's on her side. She'll catch eye contact and just stare at me for a solid few minutes or so before tilting her head and smiling, then she looks back out off the balcony at the city scape.

What should I do? I'm not trying to say my neighbor is weird or anything but I think she might be trying to murder me. She clearly been practicing breaking and entering and killing stuff. I don't know if I should contact the authorities or anything. What do you think?
