So I got back from C85 and theres Kancolle shit EVERYWHERE that I kinda need to take a look into this.

I did a read on wiki about what Kancolle is, and it just seems like RNG general.

I've got a few questions, specifically, is there PvP? I'm usually only really interested in PvP in games, so yeah. Also, if there is PvP, how do you win? Is "skill," relevant at all in the game?
