She really is. For such a character that does a moderate amount of tomfoolery she is pretty passive in TW.
She makes comments about selling Ran's bath pictures iirc, so maybe she gets an idea and get's (you) to go snap some panty shots or outright steal them in exchange for cash, charisma, drugs, or random ingredients like dark matter. She then turns around and sells them to perverts in the human village. She doesn't need the money, it's just an excuse to screw around and prod you down the path of perversion.

Same thing happened with Yukari. Ran pushed me down for the better part of an afternoon in the living room and Yukari kept walking in on us. TW doesn't support any unique 2hu map movement like teleporting, so I'd like to think she's doing picrel since she could just gap into her room at anytime.

The reason is simple anon. When you're the only dude that's remotely interesting in a world full of literal npc tier men, of course a bunch of thirsty hu's are going to gravitate towards you. You cant expect to waltz into Hell, the Netherworld, and Youkai Mountain like you own the place and not be noticed.
