Has anyone been able to buy from duga.jp?
I tried using Rakuten Pay as it was suggested in this thread, but it throws me an error after selecting my payment method.
The only explanation I get is "unable to comply due to temporary problem". Which I doubt since I already tried 2 weeks ago.
