Well duh. I'm not saying anything about why girls do or don't do this, I'm just saying there's plenty of valid reasons to want to even if you don't have anything to "hide". Because it's not always about hiding. Do you like kig for just one reason alone? Probably not.
Not like there isn't any girls who don't feel pretty enough to cosplay. But, to want to kig you need to fit a lot of niche specifics anyway. Someone who's not creeped out by all this is pretty rare in itself, so the right combination of a girl who has any number of reasons to do this over regular cosplay, even if she's not pretty, is uncommon.
