On topic, It's a bit of a tossup for me, because Keine seems very responsible and motherly already, but she defends the village from Youkai so she puts herself in danger.

Iku is a runner-up as well because taking care of a spoiled brat is what she does and she's a calm head.

I have to say Ran though, despite her other responsibilities, she already has a shikinami and is smart and diligent on top of that.

And her boss is Yukari, so, she probably doesn't have to really worry.
