oh I see. I thought it might have been that, but then there's the dozen other possibilities including:
Kageaki and Hikaru's "daughter" dies no matter which option you choose;
near the end of Kanae's route, where you get 5 choices, all saying "kill";
Sayo using her tsurugi, ffFFFFF;
killing off side characters after getting attached to them (I really liked the Ezo girls ;_;) ;
Ichijou in Muramasa, god damn;
the VN starts as a fucking highschool flick;etc etc in no particular order.
