In terms of customer service in Akiba, if you ever go there. M's Pop Life is lightyears ahead of Love Merci. The clerk at Ms even let me take pictures of specific products for references and then without a prompt, told me where to go to get the tax exemption (And the woman running that floor spoke perfect English). Meanwhile the clerks working at Love Merci was pretty braindead, but it was the only place that sold the pouches.

I think the store with the cheap prices was a Mulan, the name on the receipt is in moonrunes but the phone number gives me that place, they had very good service too.

The best personal experience was at different Mulan since it just had one straight hallway stairway up to all the floors and halfway through the climb to the top, the theme for Rocky started playing over a speaker.

On an unrelated note, I ran into some South Koreans who I think were in naval uniforms in some of the shops.
