Yasu is shit, and so is Umineko's "solution". I have no idea how people can defend it when it doesn't even begin to make sense at any point. It's a complete non sequitur. It's not even a proper tragic past, since she seems more "slightly inconvenienced" than "tormented". Yasu's whole scheme, and thus Umineko's plot, is like the famous business plan of the Underpants Gnomes.

Shannon is Beatrice, She wants Battler to remember his sin. She is constantly trying to warn him about the b0mb without blatantly revealing that she is Beatrice.
So she murders everyone, to basically tell Battler:
Solve the fucking epitaph, get to kuwadorian, you will die if you don't, also I want my goddamn pony.

When I first joined it was Umineko but I guess that's old news now.

2. The "I Want To Believe" theory. Apparently Ep6 denies human Beatrice big time, but I don't know the details so I'll try to move her into the picture.

What if Shannon and "Beatrice" are sisters. Not twins, just sisters, Beato is the older one. Picked up from Fukuin House together, they get similar one-winged eagle tattoos on their legs. But here's the catch - Kinzo sees his beloved Beatrice in the older one. As a result, she gets confined in Kuwadorian. But sometimes they change places with Shannon, insert pony theory here. They look alike, so that works. Shannon wouldn't leave her sister behind, so he stays on Rokkenjima far longer than servants usually do.

There are two options here - Beato escaped from Rokkenjima by 1985 or she's still there, one-winged eagle servants helping her out since Kinzo is dead and Krauss/Natsuhi don't know about her. Before this conference, the word is spread that Battler gets back to Rokkenjima. Beato is eager to see him again, and they switch places with Shannon once again. And I think that this fact is what triggers the murders somehow.

There are a lot of possibilities starting from here. It is even possible Shannon was never on this conference, only Beato. Kanon knows about it, naturally, since he wouldn't buy it otherwise. George may know too, others wouldn't notice the difference since Beato is a good actor. The other possibility is that Kanon is dead like in theory one, and Beato is acting in his place. Notice dozens of KANON IS DEAD red in all the parts. This time, Jessica knows, so it becomes Jessica-Shannon-Beato conspiracy. Oh and realistically speaking, with bust sizes not ridiculously HUGE like in anime, it's possible to hide a woman's chest well enough.

This one is mostly a piece of wishful thinking though, but still better than ShKannontrice, fuck.
