I know right, I go on down to the lake to go fishing then next thing I know my shaft is being pranked by a fairy's tongue, and I wind up getting to distracted by a congaline of mob fairies all wanting a turn.
Just not safe outside the village these days, crying shame it is...

Lemontene:
A fairy that loves the waterways of Gensokyo and often hangs out along the riverbanks where ever water flows!
Her favorite games include rockskipping (she can get it to bounce 8 times!), flying under water(swimming), and making rainbows with water splashes!

Lemontene is good with the other fairies often seen hanging out with Dai-chan and Lily White(she's scared of Lily black and hasn't realized they're the same person). Cirno is a complicated matter, while she somewhat admires her she doesn't like how she freezes her beloved flowing water into a boring solid too cold to swim in! She considers herself a rival with Waggy as she always tries out swimming her and making bigger splashes but just can't quite manage to outdo her(waggy goes easy on her because she likes seeing a motivated Lemontene), Lemontene is better at rock skipping then her however which makes her super smug for little reason as she let's things get to her head easily.

Lemontene calls herself that because this one time a kind human let her enjoy some of the picnic they had and gave her some food and drink, the Lemon tea she had was amazing and when the human spelled it out for her on the ground she copied it but misspelled it slightly despite her best efforts. She's rather frustrated as lemons are rare in Gensokyo and has trouble finding any.

Lemontene is mischievous and loves pranking people making them step into puddles while they wear socks or finding creative ways to dunk or spray them with water(she's particularly proud of the bucket of water over a door trick which she totally came up herself). She'll take what she can get however and isn't above "common" fairy pranks at all despite how she outwardly looks down on them.
