ELF also released PG-13 versions of many of their games on PC Engine CD.

Catgirls.. catgirls everywhere.

>Shitty looking lo-res galge

I still fapped to the 256 color pallet catgirls.

EGM and PC gamer kept teasing us with these pictures of Japanimation porn games on CD-ROM. It wasn't until 1993/1994 that megatech dared to translate some of them.

>I just dislike the idea normals have that every Japanese 2D character is a catgirl. They aren't that prevalent.

But the treally are that prevalent. Every season there are anywhere from one to a dozen cat/dog/fox girls and it has been this way for almost five years. Most JRPGs have a catgirl or cat costume/acessories as well, from Xenosaga to Ar Tonelico.

Even series without catgirls there is a flood of official art and fan art of every female wearing cat ears. Look at all the Madoka catgirl art out there, for example.

They were huge in the 90s and they are just as prevalent today, although they are mixing in other kemonomimi a bit more now.

I used to have a huge collection of HCG scenes from all the really old early 90s H-games that I gathered on Usenet... There were catgirls and bunny girls everywhere back then, but I lost all those images on a hard drive crash over a decade ago.

I have never had any luck finding them again. Now I only ever find bad screenshots from the PC engine ports of the more well known ones. The rest are lost to obscurity.

Like in the original words worth from 1993, Nina was a tiger girl in a lum-like outfit and had green hair. In the 1998 remake she was completely redesigned with purple fur and a red miniskirt.
