sleep 7-9 hours, take multivitamins and fish oil, then anki for 5-7 hours straight, no breaks, i do reviews before new cards so i want to get the reviews done as fast as possible.

also do 48 hour fasts once in a while to maintain weight

pic is my new card settings, my review settings are 150% easy bonus and 135% interval modifier

also around 1-3 hours of vidya if there's time, but i dont really play video games that much these days, used to play alot of wow
