This is neither their first project nor their first feedback. There is no reason to be lenient with them if they claim successes such as dear esther.

Which, to go alllll the way back to the top, is to say that the translation company has no excuse for putting out such a bad translation.

I'll reiterate the point which seems to have started all of this:
