the persistent meta element in cicionia is funny to me because it is self-aware about being meta and ryukishi even admitted in the pre-release interview that none of the ideas are his own, and it's kind of like prophecy in the sense that those ideas will railroad an outcome. for seshat, she denies god's prophecy because it would mean that the outcome is already decided, like how one might want something to be a mystery.
seshat in a way represents the mystery fan aspect, she even says she is on the side of humanity.
