I've been thinking about starting a Touhou mod project for Morrowind. I'm going to start by implementing the characters in the form of different faces/hairstyles for a group of new races. Maybe if I feel like it, I'd continue on and make a really shitty Gensokyo.
I don't know anything about modding the game however. The current scope seems easy enough. Edit some models and make some simple textures. Maybe if I get anywhere with it, I'll try and put together a team or something.
I just think it'd be fun, now that there's a way to play multiplayer.
