While it's true to say people who like gay things are probably gay and people who like rape probably want to rape or at least have a sadistic side, you can't really say people who like dickgirls want to fuck transvestites or people who like slime girls want to fuck the mold in their refrigerator. Sometimes a fetish is just a fetish, although I personally believe it depends on if the character is portrayed as an actual child like being or basically a horny adult with a small body.
