How do I meet a jap girl /jp/? I know several loser nerds (including my boss, a 36 year old who has a naruto phone strap) who have gotten hot japanese chicks.

I'm not ugly, and I'm tall (190+ cm).... I'm fine with older girls too (25+)... what is /jp/'s wise advice?

Anyone got any good ideas?
I listen to this really cool podcast called http://JapanesePod101.com and also I do SpeedAnki.com.
i also read manga to practice and just write down all the words I don't know on my wall in thick pencil (it's okay it's the artsy/hip/contemporary style cement wall so I can wash it off).

Any tips?
