Do you think it's possible - with enough tries - to "raise" a Reality Marble user?
On the scale of sponsoring tens of thousands of kids in orphanages, searching for a hundred candidates, and finally one success.
You need a Magic Circuit, a matching Origin and Element, and a very alien "internal world", right?
How hard is it to check for Magic Circuits en masse?
Assume, say, that you've bribed the doctors to have them run a test that seems pointless and esoteric to them, and report if anything actually happens.

Shirou was adopted and had a Magic Circuit.
(Or was that due to Avalon? Never heard that, but it wouldn't be the weirdest thing about that situation.)
Then, how hard is it to find out what someone's Origin is?
What about changing their Element?
Does it require a rare relic, a very-high-tier magecraft, etc?
Or just a sufficiently significant event *for that person*?
Pretty sure it *can* be done, as it happened to Shirou when Avalon was implanted.
A warped internal world should be easy - early PTSD and ill-conceived parenting.
