other than retarting your browser, note that for yomichan to pop up you need to wiggle your mouse cursor (or hold shift before your mouse moves onto the text, personally I set the activator to the middle mouse button so I can properly fap).
Also some websites have broken yomichan support (4chan works fine for me though).
