It's highly unlikely that Alice will outlive Marisa. Think about it, Alice was a former human who became a youkai through magical training. Youkai are supposed to be stronger than humans, yet Marisa is stronger than Alice. If you think about it this way that would mean that it would be very easy for Marisa to become a Youkai and live longer, since the much weaker Alice did as well.
