I haven't read Ciconia because the wait inbetween chapters when something is unfinished is painful, especially with the way Ciconia is looking. 2 whole years? That's ridiculous and makes me glad I haven't read it.
Though I realise it can be fun to stay up to date, be excited for the next release, theory crafting with others etc.
I imagine when Umineko first came out, the discussions between each episode may have been interesting.

I've never started Berserk despite hearing nothing but praise for it because I wanted to wait until it was finished, yet now it'll never be truly, truly finished. At least to me. What a shame.
I imagine it must really suck being a fan of Ciconia.
