I don't think there is an official source i can give you that's credible or believable as anything that has to do with the supernatural is either complete bullshit or insane ramblings shrouded in mystery. What i can give you is my personal opinion and advice on the subject. First you need to identify what seems to be attached to you. Names given to demons are bullshit as there are a vast variety of beings that all have their own personalities. Do you have sex in your dreams? Is it just torture? Do you believe there is a motive behind what happens in your dreams? All are important factors that can help you determine if it's friend or foe. Some demons are nefarious tricksters and may try to have you believe they are "God" such as the last dream you mentioned. If it's a succubus then there is not much to worry about as these dreams will come and go and usually involve sex. You also may have a guardian on your side that's trying to get your attention. When i refer to these beings as demons its simply an easy way to convey an understanding that they are supernatural entities, that doesn't necessarily mean that they're bad. My advice would be to meditate and focus on your dreams and the parts that bother you. Keep in mind you might just have night terrors, the only reason i suggested you may have something following you is that you feel things after you wake up almost like a residual wound.
