I'd beg to work at rinnosuke's shop as like a cl*rk or janitor or something and try to apprentice in the art of making magitech stuff.
I'd even try to boost about my knowledge of outside world tech to increase his considerations of hiring me.
also on another note there's no way a random human(maybe even humans) ending up in gensokyo wouldn't be the work of the gap hag as part of some nefarious plot(probably just wanting to increase the human population for some reason) so I'd probably try investigating that for the pure sake of curiosity, and being in the good graces of someone who knows the gap hag could help
