I thought it was a waste to leave this thing unfinished, so I redrew the sprite, removed shitty floating pixels and semitransparent ones, added swaying butt and bopping head/wings. Here's the first Elona harpy pcc lads. Make sure to save it in 24 bits when converting to bmp. I'll make variations too.
