I am aware that there are other boards like request and advice, but I feel like you guys would be most suitable for answering my question. I've already started with my right arm that's dedicated to japanese style tattoos, but I'd also like to have a bigger back piece that would be of the japanese style. So my question is: what is the best and/or quickest way to learn japanese? Any sites or books? Or should I just watch anime or other japanese media (shows, movies etc.)?

Speaking is the focus for me, reading isn't as important but would be a bonus of course.
