Personally, I recommend against using it. Like saying "2chan" instead of 2channel or Futaba Channel, just say whatever it is you mean. Whether it's "cute", "sexy", "funny", "clumsy", whatever.

No, "moe" should be left in as it is. The Japanese anime nerds came up with the term to specifically differentiate from the regular "adorable". Regular people don't use "moe" at all.

If it was just "adorable", Yoshitoshi Abe wouldn't be making a comic about trying to figure out what it means.
