If you're referring to new Mutsu quests, 2-5 is just your standard 2BB 2CAV with 1 drum each and 2CA(V) of your choice. Meanwhile, my set-up for 6-4 is as follows:

Mutsu with APCI
Nagato with +10 Tank
Suzuya K2 with 20.3(3) / 1 SPF / Sanshiki Kai / WG / 8cm machine gun
Akitsushima
2DD with Tank combo

Remember to utilize her touch on Ru node, and the boss is just a pushover with LBAS.
