My prediction is Kana Morisawa but she's also been around for a long-ish time already (debuted in 2012) so maybe she would have retired by the time her hag status is undeniable
I would also hope for Nao, Akarin, and Aipan to stay around long enough but again, I'm not sure how much of their lives they intend to dedicate to the industry since they already started young. I'd put it this way: if they DO stay until then, I think they would easily be the next generation of leading mature women
