That's a hard one because she's a really balanced fusion of a few styles of hag: she's comfy and "realistic" while also being quite glamorous-looking and sensual — while also being super ripe without quite being a True Hag. Some of it will be plot and acting and/or makeup but that combination is still my impression of her.
What I can suggest is checking out hags with more specialised versions of some of those traits:

>Momoko Isshiki
for generally comfy but also a unique look that suits a more glamorous setup too. amazing moans
>Maiko Ayase (retired)
for even comfier and heavier ripeness but still somehow maintains a cute factor
>Miki Yoshii
for that comfy and realistic feeling, surprisingly similar energy despite not looking much alike
>Mariko Sada
for more a glamour and conventional beauty vibe, still ripe and you'll still find her doing comfy roles too

If you can articulate anything else for what you specifically like about Maki Tomoda or any other hag, feel free to share and I might have a couple more ideas

PS for a semi-joke answer, there's a True Hag (since retired) who kinda looks like Maki T's much older, more desperate big sister: Maya Orie
