It still costs a lot just like Suijou even if you bring a normal CV. If you truly want cheapness, why not sortie Unryuu class instead? Also, stop spouting out so much bullshit. Even with proper ships and equips, there's no way in hell it will guarantee S Rank ALL OF THE TIME.

It doesn't really matter if they waste their first round on trash subs, second round exists and the second fleet can just gangrape the hime + night battle.
