Which is exactly the reason fans do it for him? All he needs is to give a basic design, a character outline and let fans loose.

Sanae is genuinely beautiful though, and hot if the artist feels that way.

3: Ellen, simple but cute design and lovely character
4: Kurumi, I guess
5: Alice, even if she wasn't as developed back then
6: Meiling, the most sympathetic SDM
7: Youmu, because of the blend of cute and badass
7.5: No one
8: Reisen, creative powers, extremely likable personality
9: Komachi, self-explainatory
10: Sanae, hands down. Delightful, fun personality moe, cute looks and awesome quirks
10.5: Tenshi, because powers and exotic design
11: Not really anyone, maybe Satori, because she's cute. Or Sanae.
12: Kogasa. The pinnacle of adorableness in 2hu.
12.8: Luna Child. The most tolerable fairy.
13: Futo. Same as Sanae, but change quirky personality to cluelessness and antiquated language
13.5: Kokoro, hurr.
14: Hardly a fan of anyone, but torn between Wakasagihime for looks and Seija for being a bad girl and a crafty cunning one instead of a loli-monster with too much power.
