Koropokkur was never meant for the MangaGamer audience, it was 100% meant for the steam buy fags, most likely due to sales on their own store being so low and most titles only reaching 3 digits numbers according to Doddlers comment yesterday.
Though as most people said here, MangaGamer is 2-3 years too late for the steam craze.
Also, I doubt MangaGamer is dumb enough and they haven't paid some premium price for their latest announced licenses (maybe for Lilycle Rainbow Stage due some high priced and famous VAs) like Sekai Project used to, so we won't see any big changes like people getting fired or them doing 2-10 hours nukige from 2011 again if it doesn't sell thousands of copies.

Long story short, with the steam craze ending it also means that the extra money which MangaGamer had thanks to it and used for getting ''better'' licenses ended too, so don't expect newer released titles or some bigger ones like Koihime Musou anytime soon, at least from MangaGamer.
