got tired of all the portraits in tw having compression artifacts, so i ran them through esrgan to denoise them and re-save them with lossless compression
it's a bit subtle but on some portraits like sakuya's it really makes a difference

takes up an extra 100mb compared to the originals but frankly that's not much in this day and age
