I suppose you could argue it to belong to last gen's fighters even though the western releases were this year.
But I would still give the top spot to Arcana Heart 3, that game is just too special somehow. It's almost as if I would assume its successful design to have been mostly a fluke, although Examu's other games are also good.

But yeah, BB:CS2 is great. It deserves to be up there somehow.
And yeah, CS1 wasn't all too great. The differences are very noticeable.

Have you played much AH3 already?
How many of you have gotten your physical limited/fan packs?

Looking forward to playing MB:AACC on PC and with netplay?
Any idea of when Carnival Phantasm S4 is due? Also, how long after that do you think it will take before the game is sold separately?

Persona 4 wasn't my favorite Persona game, but I like Persona regardless, and I doubt I wouldn't like the fighting game.

I just hope the Personas aren't tied to each specific character and set in stone.
Something with more choices and customizability would be rather rad.

Oh, and BBB:Revolve have been updated fairly good. Infinites removed/not much of a problem, everyone have their Big Bang Mode attacks etc.
And not much longer until it gets netplay, just a couple of months left.

I have been waiting for this day, for a long time already.

I also never thought that Mei-Fang would be the character of my first oppai mouse-pad.
But I guess she is a funny character in the end anyway.

I say A.B.A is far from GG's worst.
But were it not for how new she is I bet she would be more popular. It's just how everyone already had favorites that messes things up for her.

So I am guessing we will finally have, Melty Blood, up to date -and- with netplay?

The ranked matches should be high level play.
I mean, just imagine the opposite scenario, if everyone sucked in the ranked matches. It would sort of diminish the point of it almost to some extent.

It might be a bit sad if that level is too high for oneself though. But one can always host rooms for friends, and were no such people to be available/exist, one can always try to scout the game's IRC channels or something after players of similair skill level.
Otherwise one can always train and become better.
But the game isn't dead, there are more players than one perhaps might think, and most of them are dedicated. And with the physical x-box release coming up, and the European launch one can bet it is going to grow some more.

I remember the netplay threads from when Reloaded wasn't utterly obsolete. Good times.

/jp/ have always liked fighters, ever since Japanese "anime-esque" arcade games wasn't "/a/ enough" during the split.

Sure I do.
I play most fighters, but Arcana Heart is still a favorite.

The people throwing it off because of the girls and the pink colours really don't know what they are missing out on as it is one of the best fighters as of yet, mechanics wise and all that.
