I suppose they could always make her a different camellia. With Tsubaki, Sasanqua, Wabisuke and Tea, there are four of them already, and the closely related Stewartia is called natsutsubaki too (which is why she's Camellia's rival). Maybe she'll get to be a snow camellia or kantsubaki (Japanese camellia x sasanqua hybrid, which apparently has flower meanings like 'loveliness' and 'humility')? Her design is pretty cute, so I wouldn't mind seeing her around.

They can also link her flower to her birthday, like how Maher got Katakuri because it's a birthflower for March 24. But it seems Tsubaki's birthday is October 25, the flowers for which are golden lace, leonotis, osmanthus, eucalyptus, pineapple sage, some local sedum called misebaya, and Indian lettuce. Not much to draw from here, unless she wants to join the garden herb team with Oregano, Basil, Tulsi and Marjoram.
