They should start marketing "multi-oshi" or group oshi. I think the sub-units are a good start. I suggested sub-units before, to make it easier for the general public to recognize the members, "bite size chunks" is more approachable for a new convert to swallow than an overwhelming number of girls to remember their faces/persona, much less their names. These sub-units are like gateway drugs, which ease the new converts into the knowing more about the group.

But I see there's another benefit to "multi-oshi" or group oshi, and that is trickle down fan support. By that I mean, for example, if Boss Hiisama was included in IxR, most people would buy tickets for Boss Hiisama and Yuiyui, but what if their slots are already filled up? Some would feel burned by buying a single/slot ticket, and then not being able to use it. But by "multi-oshi" or group oshi, this gets mitigated. Let's say Boss Hiisama and Yuiyui's slots got filled up already, with the "multi-oshi" or group oshi system, fans are encouraged to try other members of this group oshi in case they are filled up. This is the trickle down fan support, from the top, it goes down to the second oshi, and then third oshi, and so on.
