Like relative to Kaguya and Mokou, there IS no 'Boundary' of Immortal and Mortal; because to them, Immortal stretches forever. Or something like that.

Dragons are lazy cunts. They don't even actively talk to people anymore; just send Iku out to speak words at them. Not that they have power over Eternity like Kaguya, anyway, so they couldn't affect the Elixir's power.
Hell, KAGUYA can't affect the Elixir's power and she made the bloody thing.
