They are a neat extra, but I personally don't bother with them. Know that they take at least 5 minutes to warm, and then 5-7 minutes to heat the onahole (too long can damage hole).
It's especially nice for those that make special time for awesome sessions. If you're a quick fap kind of person it might not be the thing for you.

Onaholes can warm up decently in warm water, but most take a long time.
Pic related, see those bubbles in the outer material? It's a kind of foam that warms up much quicker than others, it's like that to accommodate warming with water.
